HHS Seeks Proposals for Expanding Model Approaches to Statewide Legal Assistance
Department of Health and Human Services Administration on Aging (AoA) seeks proposals to expand Model Approaches to Statewide Legal Assistance Systems. AoA will offer up to seven awards of $100,000 per year for a project period of three years. The proposal deadline is April 21, 2010. The 24 states that had previously received Model Approaches grants are ineligible to apply.
Administration on Aging Launches New Web site for the National Legal Resource Center
The Department of Health and Human Services Administration on Aging recently launched a new Web site for the National Legal Resource Center. This Web site provides support resources for legal and aging service providers. Under the “Resources” tab, the site links to funding information for organizations working in Elder law. Administration on Aging Offers New Funding Opportunity
